Q: How do I find the right size? Each product page features a detailed Size Chart. We recommend comparing your exact measurements (bust, waist, and hips) to the chart for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Q: Are the colours in the images accurate? We make every effort to display the colours of our dresses as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor differences, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Q: Do you offer custom tailoring or alterations? Currently, we do not offer custom tailoring services. We recommend purchasing the closest size and arranging for local alterations if needed for a perfect fit.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. The estimated delivery time from the date of dispatch is:

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

  • Non-Availability: If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will typically attempt delivery 1-2 more times. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local hub for pickup or returned to us.

  • Tampered Package: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or tampered with, please DO NOT accept the delivery. Contact our customer support immediately.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Glam Nights, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your dress. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within [7 or 15] days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The original invoice/receipt must be included with the return package.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Request: Log in to your account or visit our “Returns Portal” on the website and submit a return/exchange request, clearly stating the reason.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and send you an approval confirmation along with details for reverse pickup or self-shipment.

  3. Pickup/Shipment: We will arrange a reverse pickup (available in select pincodes). If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be required to self-ship the product to our Bhopal address.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after the refund is approved and processed by us.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size/colour.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

  • You will receive the exchanged item after the original returned product has been received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.


Payment Methods

Shopping at Glam Nights is safe and secure. We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient checkout experience.

Accepted Online Payment Methods
